Mentor Certification

The Certified Mentor role is pivotal to the success of the organization by providing unwavering leadership, mentoring, and quantifying commitments to the core responsibilities of the PREMIERE Group. The ideal candidate for this position is a producing agent and has a track record of leadership. They are dynamic and highly impressive. They are friendly, fun, cheerful and happy. They have high energy and are skilled in technology with the ability to present and train others. They are highly assertive, passionate, people-oriented individuals who operate with high urgency and integrity. In order to effectively serve in a Certified Mentor role a candidate must meet the following requirements: Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker for 4+ years Proven sales record of 8+ deals annually Complete 2 closed listing or purchase transactions with PREMIERE And more!
